Jacelyn and Brad traded I Do's on October 11th at the always stunning Four Seasons and Holy Cross Chruch. Jacelyn could not have been a more perfect and beautiful bride...with a gorgeous gown that only added to their perfect day. We loved designing their invitations as well as their ceremony and reception items. Personal favorites were their menu belly bands and the custom map of Baltimore we created with their "favorite spots" that was also used for their table names. Excited to share the details of their big day, courtesy of Rodney Bailey, and the amazing styling of Victoria Clausen.

What to say about this wedding and this couple. Absolutely gorgeous. I would not be surprised if it graces quite a few wedding blogs and magazines. Every detail is more stunning than the next...every detail so thought out and perfect. And a couple madly in love with each other. I still catch myself looking through these images from time to time. Even though Andrea lives about 1.5 hour away, after our first consult, we clicked. Completely on the same page throughout the design stage of her invitations and ceremony and reception items. Her ceremony programs are probably my most favorite to date!

Although few and far between, there are days when my job can be challenging. And then, there are days when I see the wedding photos from clients and life becomes nice. It was a good day when I saw Liz and Eric's wedding photos from their July wedding at The Evergreen Museum and Library. I think we all can agree that this couple is absolutely gorgeous and was, as of no surprise, that their wedding was equally as gorgeous. Liz was a stunning bride, an amazing client and super sweet throughout the entire time we worked together. We have to give credit to the super-talented Jodi Miller Photography for sending over these truly breathtaking photos.

Gorgeous bride, gorgeous venue, gorgeous views = gorgeous wedding. Lindsay and Andy (a Baltimore couple) were married on an absolutely beautiful day in August in Newport, Rhode Island. I don't think they could have asked for more perfect wedding for their wedding. So in love with Lindsay's dress! Hablitzel2 Hablitzel3 Hablitzel1 Hablitzel4 Hablitzel5 Hablitzel6 Hablitzel7

Gorgeous wedding and equally gorgeous bride on the blog today! Alison and Brian were married on June 29th in absolutely perfect weather. A reception at the always amazing Evergreen Museum, followed the nuptials at Loyola University Chapel. Alison's colors of navy, white with just a touch of green provided a beautiful backdrop for the wedding. Enjoy!

Jade and Chris tied the knot on a absolutely perfect day in June. After a few very warm weeks and many days of rain, the sun came out and graced them with breathtaking views of Baltimore on their wedding day. The ceremony started at Good Counsel Church in Locust Point, officiated by one of Chris's close friends, which made it that much more personal. Following the ceremony, the reception was held at The Baltimore Museum of Industry complete with fantastic views of Charm City. Never-ending passed appetizers and "Down the Point Sweet Tea" served in mason jars (a sweet tea and lemonade connection) during the cocktail hour ensured a great party was to follow.

All the details were stunning, from Jade's gorgeous lace dress and peach/blush sash to Chris's custom-made gray suit. They were the perfect couple. I am thrilled to have Chris as my brother-in-law and even more thrilled to have Jade as my now sister-in-law-in-law! So touched to be a part of your special day and wish you both a lifetime of laughter and happiness.

Perfect ending to a perfect wedding: a Locust Point staple...Miss Twist!

Sandy1 I might have to change the title of this blog post to "THE DRESS". Sandy's dress was THAT perfect and THAT stunning. She told me after the wedding that she only tried the dress on in gold, and took a gamble and ordered it in white, site unseen! She didn't see the dress until one month from the wedding! I would say that gamble more than paid off. The ceremony was held at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle in DC, followed by a reception at The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. Every detail from the dress, to the flowers, to the views were stunning. Even more beautiful was the incorporation of Sandy's Lebanese heritage. It was such a pleasure working with this couple and so thrilled to share these absolutely beautiful photos from Connor Studios.

Casey and Pete are a super amazing couple who were recently married at the Frederick Douglass-Isaac Myers Maritime Park and Museum on October 20th. I initially met Casey through her father, an all-around great man who I worked with quite a bit when I was working for a design firm several years ago.  He was a fantastic printer with an unbelievable eye for color...the apple did not fall far from the tree. When I found out his daughter was getting married I said "she better call me!" Casey has that same love of color we really worked one-on-one to create her wedding invitations that were full of personal touches.

Every time Casey and I met, she always had the biggest smile on her face. So vibrant, energetic and full of life, I knew she would be an absolutely stunning bride. And I was right.

Went she sent me her link to her professional photos, I honestly could not find one photo where she wasn't smiling, or one that wasn't drop dead gorgeous!

Kudos to their amazing photographer, Annabelle Dando for the beautiful work and unique locations.

 Love these "First Look" shots.

Thanks to Annabelle for a few great shots of our work!

How incredible is this custom map that Casey's mom created!

One of the perks of being an invitation designer is having a small part in the wedding day of some great couples. Perhaps the most special client so far, has been my sister (yes, identical twin sister) and her July wedding this summer.

Sarah and Chris were married in Havre de Grace, where we grew up, in the church that has quite a history in our family. Not only were my parents, and grandparents married in that church, a total of 13 couples have been married there (including myself and our other sister). The reception was held at Bulle Rock Golf Course. After sweltering heat for weeks, the wedding gods looked upon us and graced us all with relatively cooler temps for July 30th...we were all grateful.

Below are some pics from the fantastic day, courtesy of Jill Myers Photography. of my favorite shots

Meghan sent me some gorgeous photos from her wedding this past November 13th at the Peabody Library. Once again, the Peabody never disapoints. This wedding was elegant, romantic, and beautiful..a combination that rarely goes wrong.
Their photographer, Linda Crayton, captured some beautiful shots of our work. You can see more from the wedding here.

Sheilah and Chris' gorgeous wedding was held on October 23rd at The Fairfax at Embassy Row and I can't wait to share a few of these stunning photos. Their invitations turned out beautifully, and translated very well into the reception items we provided. Table Numbers, escort cards, cootie catcher favors, and menu cards complete with a belly band personalized with each guest's name. Sheilah and Chris really spared no details (Christian Louboutin's and $36,000 in rented diamonds!) on their big day. It was a such a pleasure working with a couple that is clearly head over heels in love with each other, as evident in their wedding photography. I asked Sheilah to provide me with a list of her wedding vendors and she added a few comments about each, which I choose to include, since she was quite thrilled with a few.
